Accounts Getting Deleted: Royalty Adition

  So today I interviewed to Gals, Vicki.Emoo, and HeyThisIsGab who both got their Royalty accounts deleted a while ago, about 2 - 5 months ago. I started a new segment called "Accounts Getting Deleted", this is the Royalty Addition, I will also be doing Enjoy.

1) What was your reaction when your account got deleted?

 Vicki: I was shocked, I was just in .beatbullying. I clicked on a topic saying 'I think vicki.emo is deleted, and I was like 'Well I'm not.' Then I logged out, tried logging back in, and the account wasn't active, I tried a few more times and then realized, I was devastated, went red and burned up.

Gab: I saw it said 'This account is not active ' and I was shocked. I thought for a while, 'what happened to my account?' and I realized it got deleted. I started crying a lot, because that account meant a lot to me. After some six hours or so, I felt better, but I was still really sad.

2) What did you try to do to get it back?

Vicki: I tried emailing them three times but I NEVER got a reply. I am so mad, and am still trying this day to get it back, I’ve used loads of different emails, and still nothing, no reply.

Gab: I asked it many times on advice4newbies, madmadeleine ´s club. But I got banned and I didn´t really get the answer I was looking for, so I gave up on that club but continued emailing Stardoll. My aunt would receive every mail from Stardoll (and she deleted them without reading them) so I could never see those messages.

3) How did you try to cope with the situation?

Vicki: The hardest thing was telling my mum, she instantly asked me what I did, and i truly hadn't done anything wrong, I had spent £60 on that account, had 1000sd left, all of the suites, a stylist studio, at least 30 hotbuys, and rares, I was in tears for days after I just wanted to undo everything, It wasn't until up to a week I started realizing it was gone.

Gab: It´s weird, that I created this back-up account right before Gabriella_991 got deleted. I preferred this than ModelUser (my older back-up account) so I created this just in case I got banned from some good club or something like that. The next day, I noticed it got deleted and started making this a higher level. When I got to level 8, I replaced ModelUser for this account. I desperately looked for cheats on internet, but none worked. So I asked my aunt for a Superstar membership as a Christmas gift (They didn´t give me one, they live far away) and she paid it. I became Royalty and it was super easy to get off Gabriella_991 now. But I still miss that account...

4) Did you ever think of just leaving Stardoll?

Vicki: Yep, I did for a short amount of time, my stomach was churning when I went on a backup account, seeing loads of other people with a royalty, and just wanted the same to happen to them. So I decided to leave Stardoll forever, I kept it up for a week finding myself wanting to explain to my friends what happened, so I came back on a backup called vicki.qwerty who then also got deleted.

Gab: To be honest, there were five seconds in which I thought that, but I couldn´t. I´ve been playing on Stardoll for an amazing 5 years  and I couldn´t just quit. Stardoll is awesome and a deleted account wasn´t going to change that.

5) What was your first solution?

Vicki: My solution? Well I didn't have one, I just wanted it back. What I wanted was everything I  lost, I wanted a new membership, but I knew it couldn't make up for what had been lost.

Gab: I quickly started sending an email to Stardoll. Okay, maybe two emails.

6) Are you now “ Ok” with the fact that your account is gone?

 Vicki: No. Not at all, I've learnt to realize it's gone but I am willing to do anything to get it back. I still have this account which is a superstar, but I doubt I’ll keep upgrading. I just want what I lost back.

Gab: I got over it now. I can live without it, especially now I have a royalty and one-year superstar doll. I love this doll, and Gabriella is not so important to me now. But I do miss that doll... A lot.
